Five years ago, I was eleven, so I didn't have much of a social life. I would stay home and either do my 5th-grade homework or do stuff with my family. Now, I'll go out with my friends and/or boyfriend, go see a show... or sleep. Or do my 10th-grade homework. Which is unfortunately exponetially harder than 5th-grade.

I would ask them what their grades were in high school (since my parents are always telling me that I'll get nowhere in life with grades like mine). I'd ask them if they actually like being famous, since paprazzi looks really annoying. I'd ask them where their favorite place to shop is, and what their Achilles heel is. I'd want to know all about them... who would I ask all this? I have no idea.

Writer's Block: Eliot Spitzer's Resignation

Eliot Spitzer was headed out of office, one way or the other. If he hadn't resigned, he would have been impeached. At least now he leaves with a shred of dignity, since he did it himself, instead of people doing for him. I really have no idea what he was thinking: "Gee, as Attorney General, I prosecuted prostiution rings, but since now that I'm governor, well, it's OK." Because that makes sense....

A ring that my mother gave me for my 13th birthday. It's silver and has a mother of pearl in the center. I've worn it everyday since I got it, but the band is getting thin and one day it will break.
